can't access help files in nero 7

I purchased Nero Ultra from a site on the net. It seems to work ok except I cannot get any help files or the help manuals to open. I get the following error on each manual I try to open:
mkMSITSTORE;c;/program files/nero/nero 7/erobackitup/nerobackitup_eng.chm

does anyone have a solution? I am not real sharp on these things and I can really use manuals.

Thank you so much for providing the download site! I performed a searh on the nero site but for some reason did not find the guides. With your help I should be able to learn to use all these new programs. Thanks again.
