See a movie from my hard drive?

    ok i have an iso file of a movie onto my laptop. However, i was wondering on how can i view it? What program do i need? Can u guide me thru the steps 2?

    You need a vitual player. If you only want one virtual drive, it can been found as part of Nero. No Nero? Free downloads available. Slysoft.com has a free downloadable virtual drive. Daemon Tools will allow up to four virtual drives to be used.

    then you mount it on the virtual drive.(depending on which prog. you get you either right click on the image or browse for it from the drive splash screen) If it does not auto run then you need to select the source from your player of choice.

    Virtual drive is assigned a letter, just like any other drive. Mount the image in the virtual drive. Then open yur movie viewer such as Power DVD and choose the virtual drive as the source of the movie. Then play just as if the movie was a real DVD in a real optical drive.

    hi

    you can also extract the files in the iso with winrar then play the vobs
