No Media Present???

Okay, I opened up my Decripter and selected the ISO function and popped my DVD into the drive. I waited to hit the rip button but got a 'media not present' message at the bottom of the decripter window. I tried browsing the dvd through windows explorer but It just keeps asking me to insert a disk, even tohugh the disk is in there. If I pop the disk out and close decripter, I can then reinsert the disk and browse it. I do have DVDVAnywhere running in the background but Incd is also running. Incd has never botched up my rips before but I have read where it can cause problems.

Can anyone please tell me what's up?

    Thanks in advance.

    2 things,

    1. I hear in cd screws up alot of things.
    2. whenever I get that error its because I have another program accessing that particular drive. By closing the proggies that might be accessing that drive i usually solve my problem.

Thanks for the info Travalon. I'll try killing the Incd. Funny how nothing recognizes the disk is there.
