i am aware that 321 studios shut down about 2 years ago. i have been using dvd x copy platinum fine for making a back-up of my movies,but latley having more and more problems using it. i have been trying to back up my latest movies the cave the brothers grimm dark water and series shows like x-files can anyone recomend a way to make a back-up of these . do you have any recomendations on other dvd copy software?
The ones i would suggest you think about is shrinkdvd/clonedvd, both can do a comparable job to that which you experienced with your dvd xcopy software. also suggest that you look at other software like nero recode.
I am still using Shrink and DVD Decrypter to burn. On a few of the newer ones, I will use DVDFab Decrypter to rip to the hard drive( I made a folder called "Fab Movies" as target) then use Shrink(select open files instead of open disk) and select the video folder in Fab Movies and proceed as usual.
