ok please feel free to have a really good laugh. Have installed windows media player 10. Now want to use msn music to download tracks, I click on the store, screen tells me it is contacting store then nothing. If I go to the guide it tells me I don't have the flash plug in !!! What is this can't find it anywhere.I then click the dr for help & again nothing. I can get to napster direct from the media player but I want to use msn. Am I missing something really obvious. As you can see i really don't know what I am doing with this so please could you keep help fairly simple. Many thanks.
can get to the shop the very long way round & play 30sec samples of music so assume they are online, just can't get any access via the media player
