I receive my television signal via satellite dish (Dish Network). It feeds a Liteon DVDR (LVW-5115)and a Sony Trintron TV (KV-27FS13). When playing TV exclusively, sound is fine. When I use the DVDR I get a consistent hum. Hook ups are per mfg. instructions using quality cable. The units are all plugged in the same power strip. Any suggestions. My apologies if this is a no brainer question. I am a newbie I guess.

I too have same setup DISH wired per instructions..(i have the ILO DVDR05 MU1) however, I only get the hum when I choose to record using 'Tuner' as my source. If I choose 'Video 1' as my source no hum.... I have changed out wires and connectins....anyone have a clue? Thanks!
