Which software does this?

I need software that

* converts AVI to DVDVideo
* adds borders because important subtitles are being cut off the TV
* prefer free, will take 30 day trial, or if necessary...

I can't get The FilmMachine to work.

Well, that's the opposite end of the spectrum. I've only got Nero Express. But thankyou.

 

u should be able to get a free trial of nero 7.

 

I hear it often recommended not to use Nero for movie converting, that it does extra things, or incorrect things...

pretty good. work slowed down so ive had more time to post. im sure it wont last long, but im going to enjoy it while it last.
