Has anyone heard of mindsoft Evidence eraser?

I herd that every movement you make on the Internet is being kept by your computer and your ISP so does this program stop this and how would it stop your ISP from knowing what you are looking at and could this help keep you safe on say torrent sites and things like that

erasing computer usage history will not rid your ISP of what you have done or visited.

as far as i know, this is what anonymous proxies are for.
search in google for free anonymous proxies and try to find one that works
