I installed media player on my xbox and i was wandering what i needed to stream from my pc. Already networked and media works fine but it has a couple of stream options and i dont know how to do it. so let me know what to use and how to use it . Thanks Bunches
well what u need to do is go to your network and internet connections- then network connections- right click your main internet connection and go to properties then go to advanced and check the box that says allow other users on the network to use this internet connection. then go to the folder u wanna share to your xbox right click it and go to properties and sharing and click "share this folder on the netowrk" and that is it.... go to xbox media center and go to network make sure it matches whatever u have set on your dash....then go to whatever u wanna stream like movies and go to network(smb) click that and it will connect to your comp...
