Sound Skipping After Burning Home Video

    I need some major help.

    Here is what I have tried so far.

    I have a HP-DVD740RI burner. I have a Samsung DVD-HD950 DVD player. I am using DVD+R media.

    I have burnt a home video with Roxio 6 and Nero 6 programs. They both load up to the menu screen but the sound skips continuously. It goes sound, no sound, sound, no sound, each with about a half second.

    Any ideas on what the problem could be?

    How did you transfer the video to the PC, USB cable or Firewire?
