Hey everyone, i realize the other thread regarding bridging was closed but i am completely lost so i thought i'd try anyways. Basically i have a router going to my comp, and my comp to my xbox. There is no problem with the connection, i am on live. I was just wondering how to use commview and zone alarm pro, when to run it, and what to look for. I know my second NIC is rather old, and some additional configuring might be in order but im not sure. If anyone can elaborate on that for me and explain to me how to use these programs that would be greatly appreciated thanks
Does anybody know how to successfully bridge with a 2wire modem/router (2-in-one)? it has a built in firewall in the modem and idk how to take it off...
im not sure how to configure your specific router but ill tell you it can be done, i also bridge through a router and mine also has a firewall and it works.
