Simcity 4 instilation problem

    I recently downloaded simcity 4 rush hour.

    When i go to run the instilation i get a message saying.

    unable to find game data. This is likely an instilation problem or operating system problem.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Also make sure you have simcity 4 already installed :)
