This is my nephew's laptop and I am not sure what he did but it is very slow and you can not do a windows update, start internet explorer or select anything on the desktop. Some applications are availabe but everything can be slow at time. The error: I cannot start Internet Explorer and any office applications. I still couldn't do any update. Once I try to do any of this it gets real slow and I have to wait a few minutes.
