so, i ripped a movie and encoded it to SVCD using ffmpegx. everything worked perfectly, except for one thing:
the first, or second frame after cut in movie has a mistake, small squares from the previous shot. i know it has to do with compression, but don't know how to tweak compression settings in ffmpegx.
any help?
