Nero 7.0.1.4b trial installation problem

    Downloaded this trial version from Nero but keeps coming up 'incorrect serial key' but this is the key which came with it. Can anyone help please. I have had an older version installed but have uninstalled this version

    Go to your registry, under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE find folder Software, find Ahead in it, in the Installation you will see the serial key of your older software. Remove this value. This should help. ... assumin you're running XP that is. I had the same problem and this solved it in XP. Don't know about other OS.

    Go to Nero and download the general clean tool it will clean all the old stuff out.

    Went into registry and deleted Ahead and now trial version will load. Thanks for your help
