Go to the Nero site and dl the Nero Clean Tool and use it, hopefully this will solve the problem. Otherwise you might have to look at uninstalling and reinstalling Roxio, for that you would need to uninstall your Roxio and then use RoxioZapper and then do a clean reinstall.

Roxio and Nero are two programs that do not play well together, you can pretty much only use one or the other.

Make sure you use the Nero Clean Tool and the RoxioZapper after you uninstall even though you use the Add and Remove it does not remove everything from your registry and it is these files that cause all the problems. Use whatever program you feel comfortable with it is your choice :)

Since you zapped Nero, lol, and uninstalled Roxio, then you might as well install it again, hopefully it will work for you this time. Good luck :)

You may have to wait until your Roxio arrives to see if there is a codec that is missing from WinDVD7. You can change the association of the files back to WinDVD7 by right clicking on your file, then properties then the general tab, and change, then change the open with. When you get your Roxio setup again, and hopefully it will work correctly, and if your WinDVD7 still does not work then you may have to uninstall and reinstall this program. I know it is a PITA, good luck :)
