I have the nero6 software. I have two cd's with a combined total of 15 tracks from a motivational speaker(no music just that person talking) and i wanted to not only combine certain tracks that i wanted off the cd's, but also if possible be able to edit and/or take out(pause)certain parts of each track that i dont want recorded and continue recording the rest of the track that i do want. I know how to select which tracks i want, but im having trouble figuring out how if it is possible to take out(edit)certain parts of eack track that i dont want included in the final mix. Im not that familiar with the software so i'm having some difficulty here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a gift for a loved one who has been told they have a life threatening illness. Thank You.

Rip the trax to the hdd as wav. Then use wave editer to do with them as you please.

Thank you so very much for replying. I apologize if i put this in the wrong section. I wasnt sure if i was supposed to put this in the audio only section or the nero only section.
