I looked and looked for this type of message, one person has the same problem but they didn't go to an extent of explaining.. so here is what happens use smartripper use dvd2one burn using stomp recordnow max play backup in a PS2 console...movie plays fine, TILL the end of the movie..this has happened to a few movies that I have burned. Burning problem, Disc Problem?... i use a ritek dvdr at 1x and i have a pioneer a05... thanks in advance!
when using dvd2one if you got it set to make movie at full disk capacity try backing the size down a bit and try again. If that is not the problem then before burning the files made by dvd2one go into the folder where they are and get rid of everything but the vobs and use ifoedit to make new ifos then reopen ifoedit and get vts sectors. Both these workarounds have worked for me and others as well.
