I cant find a program that will let me backup my dvd's that will play in my ps2. I know it is possible because my friend had played burned dvd on my ps2, and what dvd disc are better dvd-r or dvd+r. Please help me.
First off you're inthe wrong forum.. this forum is for ps2 dvd backups.. games in other words.. you should have posted this to a movie forum. I use dvd shrink for the purpose you require... it's a very simple to use program, and it doesn't matter what type of discs you use.. I've used dvd+r and dvd-r in all my standalone dvd players and in 4 different models of PS2... all work great... what's more imnportant is the manufacturer of the balnk dvd's you use.. I recommend you get some from Taiyo yuden, verbatim, maxell(made in japan) or ritek. Check out the dvd shrink forum for more info... I am asking a mod to move this to a relevant forum... good luck
