1. Install Windows Encoder 9, Windows Encoder 9 SDK, Divx 6.1 codec, AC3 Codec.
2. Install mceDivx360install.msi (Make sure to choose to install for 'everyone' on the first section of the installer.
3. Put _MediaEncoder2.asx.txt into 'My Videos' folder and open with text editor.
4. Change "COMPUTER-NAME" with the PC's name or IP address.
RENAME _MediaEncoder2.asx.txt to _MediaEncoder2.asx 5. Place DVD_Quality_Video.prx into "C:\Program Files\Windoes Media Components\Encoder\Profiles\"
6. Place a divx movie in "my videos" or a sub directory.
Now on the Xbox360:
1. Load up the 360 and go to Media Center
2. Choose 'More Programs'
3. Choose mceDivx360
4. A new page will open asking for a name for the list, just press OK
5. Go into My Videos and select the divx movie you want.
6. Press "View List"
7. A new page opens, now press "Stream List"
8. A progress bar will appear in the corner of the page, it wont really advance any, and that alright, just click ok and back out of the Media Center until you get to the main page.
9. Choose MY Videos
10. Play _MediaEncoder2.asx
The Divx file you selected should play, if it give you an error wait a second and try to play MediaEncoder2.asx again.
