you are trying to burn at 40x......thats WAY TOO FAST, I suggest you slow it down to say 16x max. If you were burning video files then I would recommend 4x. Try that and see how it goes. Also try and close down any unnecessary progs whilst burning
Make sure you are doing a real burn and not just a simulation. Shut some stuff down so that you have more resources available. Doesn't seem to like your media choice. Latest firmware is 0060.
