tmpgenc help!!!

i used vso divxtodvd and converted two films into 1 and they went into a video ts folder. i wanted to burn that folder onto a cd-r(vcd) but it says it too big (on nero). i was wondering if there was a way to do this either using tmpgenc or another sofware.
