Hello everyone .I have a question regarding NTSC or Pal. I burned a few DVD's and i have had a samll problem on one of then .The first few i burned worked great.but i did have one problem with the one .I have a Sony DVD Player and i received this error message that says Playback Prohibited by area Limitions .I read that it has something to do with the area your in ..I live in the US ..It says in Nero that it should be set to NTSC..The weird part about it is plays fine on another DVD Player but not on mine ..Why is that and what is the correct setting for it ? I use Nero 7 for burning and is there anything else i am missing Thanks for any info you can give me
your player is not region free then... try the dvd forums, read my stickey there at the top and click the bottom link to see if there is a region hack for it and possibly a firmware revision..
Ok Great so it's not the way i was buring it .It is the DVD Player itself.Guess that explains why the DVD Plays on one and not the Other.Could there be anything in the settings on the player that i can change ? Guess i will try and dig out the book that came with it .If i can find it ..Will check the web site for the Info Thanks What is the name of the fourm is it in? Having trouble finding it Thanks for all the help Mike
