ive used this program a while and i have never seen this, at the end of the scan it says in the bottom corner 44 discrepencies found?

what does this mean?

Hmmm, doesnt souns like somthing to worry about but i cant explain why it says that...i have 2 os's on 1 hd (2 xps) and recently reinstaled a os if that could mean anything.

It migh mean that there are 44 items in place that either shouldn't be there, or are different than the items that should be there.
Not to sure about this though, since i never used that program.
Try asking in the AVS/anti spyware forums.
