I resently purchased the software, and now having a little trouble. I am able to up load movies but when I put in the blank "Verbatim DVD+R" CD to down load, it does nothing. Thr copy button does not turn red. can I get a little help? thanx!!!!
I'm not familiar with that program but it sounds like your writer isn't seeing the blank disc. Try updating your firmware.
