I can't make a back up of my Red Bull DVD. I tried all the answers I got from here to no avail. Clues anyone?
Two things: 1.) Would you post your writer specs, firmware, system info, burner version info, etc. 2.) Have you posted your problem in any other forum here?
Thank you, Jallan. I have windows XP and I use an external backpack cd/dvd burner. I use DVD Shrink with Nero 6. When I have challenges with backing up my DVDs with shrink, I then use DVD Decryptor which has always been a success. I do not have this problem posted in any other forum. Everything I know about burning DVDs is from reading the troubleshoots posted here.
