burned movies

    hi its me again lol^^,, i still gots the frame delay problem after converting movies ive downloaded n burned to dvd+r n dvd-r,,the picture is still a mili second behind frame its like sumone keeps pausing the picture ever second n its annoying wen watching it,, is there any software that will make it play bak smooth,,, i dont think its puter problem,, as it too fast lol,, its gots amd semprom 2800+ thoughourbred 2004mhz processor with L1 cache 128kb / L2 cache 256kb processor,,
    memory is 768mb ddr 1x256mbddr n 1x512mb ddr , motherboard sis-741 winfast nivdia geforce fx 5700le graphic card,, the dvd burner firware been updated it 8x but i only uses 4x for burning movies
    i uses dvd santa version4,,dvd cloner Version 2.8.5.1: 2005 07 12,,nti cd an dvd platinum edtion version 6.5,, n wat eva i tries i still cannot gets movies burned smoothly,, buts the dvd region 2 i clone will run smoothly,,wen played backed ,, so any help would be gratefull,,,, (all downloaded movies) wont run smoothly wen burned , i have updated all codez as i using the ACE Mega CoDecS Pack DashBoard with all updates installed ,,,

    th eonly thing i can think of is to turn down your write speed to like 1x to et the best write u can. and when u download your movies have u played them on the computer from the hardrive beofre you burned them. cause some movies i have downloaded have done the same thing with the frames when played from HDD. so it could just be crappy downloads.
