id like some one to explain this, rootkit revealer 44 discrepencies found??

well beasicaly rootkit revaler gave me this message, at the bottom of the screen.

im not sure what it means and would like it if someone who is more familiar with rootkit revelaer could explain.

btw ive got 2 os on 1 hd (2 xps) and recently reinstaled one if that helps?

 

thanks for the reply but i dont think ill go that far just yet jjssj, btw nice sig mate i need to find a new renders site, i would like to find a render of Tupac for a new sig.
