Hi! I got myself a little compatability problem. When I get DVD - structure folders on my HD (Autio/Video_TS with the .bup, .vob etc files) and I burn them using PowerProducer 2 Gold, i can play them on my Tv-dvd player. This takes a lot of time, however, 'cause it spends about an hour doing something before starting the burner. If I simply burn them with another program, even though the structure looks identical on the disc, I won't play on my machine, plays fine on other players though. Does anybody know what Nero could be failing to do what PowerProducer does? ty, VonZamann
The DVD plays fine on your stand alone player but not on your PC? Use quality media from Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden or Sony, Fuji, Maxell(made in Japan). Stay away from Memorex, Imation, Kyphermedia etc. Don't burn at more than 4X. See if this helps.
