I recently got a dvd burner and was excited to burn all my movies onto discs. I have not been able to figure out how to do this though...So, how do you burn video clips onto a dvd???

Hi melskib. Many use DivxToDVD to burn Internet movies to DVD. If you have home movies made from a digital cam (or captured video), you may want to use Windows Movie Maker, Nero Vision, or other DVD authoring software.

When I convert my Video to DVD I do it with NeroVisionExpress.
    Open NVE

select Capture Video and you end up with a screen like this

Hit Record and then follow through to burn,

I used the DivXtoDVD program. It converted the video clip and now I'm trying to burn. I get a pop-up that says
Incorrect media. Use one of these :
double Layer DVD+R, double Layer DVD-R
What are these and how do they differ from the DVD-R I am using???
