Hi, Until recently i've been burning dvds using a combination of DVD Shrink and Nero Burning ROM Enterprise Edition. Lately though it's been asking to create an image on my desktop before it burns. I figured that it records the "shrinked" file onto my computer and converts it into Nero format, and then burns it from there. This leaves with two problems, one is that it takes up double the space and two is that it doesn't play in my dvd player. Is there any reason that this would suddenly start happening? I always click "DVD-Video", drag the VIDEO_TS file, and then click burn. After that it's usually good to go. Now it has to burn this image (Nero Disc Image). I want to get rid of this image burning step that it now includes. Thanks
Do you have burn with Nero enabled in DVD Shrink? This option will automatically open Nero Burning Rom when DVD Shrink is finished encoding the movie, simply select your DVD writer as your target in DVD Shrink.
Thanks, that worked out perfectly. I also found that i had my burner set as image burner, not NEC 2510a (my burner).
