Hey, everyone! I'm new. Hope I can get some help with my problems and also contribute something of my own whenever I can.

I recently upgraded to NeroVision Express 3.1.0.21. I opened up the program and decided to "Make Movie." After playing with it, successfully importing and editing and whatnot, I decided that I liked the progress I made and saved it. Yes, at this time the preview worked fine. So, after I saved it as a project file, I tested the export function, which also worked perfectly. I saved to the project file again, just in case, and closed the program.

When I opened the project file, NeroVision Express 3 opened up my project just as I had left it. I wanted to preview my movie to refresh my memory on the progress I made, but when I pressed the play button, the preview didn't play. It wasn't frozen; the button turned into a pause button. However, the slider was not moving, and all there was was a black screen for the preview. I tried to click on an individual clip to play, but I got the same results. I figured I should try to export the movie. This message came up: Error occured during export operation.

So, basically, after opening my saved file, the preview and export stopped working. Anyone have any idea of what could be causing the problem? I'm not really that great with computers, so any tips would be appreciated.

Sorry, I didn't mean to go into my life's story there.

    Thanks in advance!

Ah, after trying a lot of different things, and looking at the solutions on other threads, I successfully fixed my problem by using the Nero Clean Tool Bundle 1.0 (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Nero-Clean-Tool-Bundle.shtml) on NeroVision Express, then reinstalling it. Now it's fixed. I solved my own problem, and it was easy to figure out, so I feel pretty stupid. Thanks to anyone who read through my problem anyway!
