Nero won't reconize .img file

I have Nero Ultra 7 and it won't reconize my .img file. How can i fix this, or is there any other programs that can open a .img?

 

have you tried alcohol or clonedvd

He still choose not to edit the # out so not sure if he gave up or got it sorted and didnt come back to the post.
