Last week I purchased an MPIO FL350 mp3 player. It is a [bold]1 GB[/bold] model, and [bold]I have inserted 582 MB worth of music but I cannot insert anymore![/bold]

I made a screencap of the Properties:

I tried Error-Checking and Defragmenting options but they don't do anything.

I also e-mail the MPIO website support but they have not responded.

I have tried inserting different mp3's, wma's, and nothing has succeeded in inserting.

All mp3s have a bitrate of 192 KBPS or lower.

    Please help me!! Thank you!!

copy all the files that are currently on it back to your computer then put them back on and see what happens

I did that too but it didn't work. Thanks anyway/

I found a solution: I have to create folders and put songs in them in order to put more.
