I have used Memorex DVD-R since I started backingup my DVDs
When I wanted to start backing up my PS2 gaes I saw where some people said not to use Memorex discs but when I ran DVD Inspector on my Memorex disc the media ID was RitekG05 and I saw this media was sufficient. So I'm confused. Can someone explain?

they should be fine (i would still switch media once your discs run out). The memorex with the "cmc mag" media id are the real bad ones.
