I am trying out Clone DVD2 and Any DVD for the trial period(21) days, made a few coasters, only because I don't understand the directions.

It would be alot easier to use these programs if the instructions were in simple non technical terms, and I believe that they would sell alot more software.

If this were not possible at least have the option to put a check mark in a box and let the software select the basic modes needed.

Better yet a short file (movie) demostrating how to burn a simple DVD with nothing fancy, as I seen demonstrating 1Click and, Video Vault.

I think I like the software so far but, would appreciate it more if I knew what I was doing!

Hang in there and keep tuning in here. It takes a while. USE GOOD MEDIA. In clone there are a few audio selections that can reduce compression but also end up without audio. I use shrink in re-author mode to "take a look inside" then may use clone or shrink. Good luck!

This may help you in a general sence of burning DVD's, not so much with the specific programs you listed, but take a look at one of the other thread topic's called [bold]"Help Me Burn!!!"[/bold]. It's good for Newbies to get a general direction.

    Hope it helps.
