What is NDNuninstall6_90 and NDNuninstall6_98 ? Please someone HELP!

Hello everyone,
I can't seem to find anyone to help me on this problem I have.
Today I ran a full system scan on my Norton Antivirus/Internet Security 2005 and it found the following applications in my Windows folder:
NDNuninstall6_90

NDNuninstall6_98
What are these? How can I safely remove them?
I ran Adaware and Spybot and they didn't find anything on my system, however they come up on the Norton results.
I tried to delete them from my Windows folder but I didn't because I got a message that said that if I delete that system file that there is a chance that my computer could no longer work correctly.
Please someone help me. I don't know much about computers. Is this spyware and what programs can i download to remove it?
