hello all....and sorry for the dumb questions, but i had some problems with playing my video files....

    1. my file works fine, with audio AND video, then about 5-10 second INTO the video all of a sudden the video freezes but audio keeps going?

my computer works PERFECT, so i know that hardware is NOT an issue
what would be the fix to this problem??

    2. one other thing.... my son loves movies and cartoons....any one out there know of a good site that might have some KIDS MOVIE TITLES posted...like a DISNEY MOVIE CATALOG or something similar

    help is very aprreciated

    thanks :)

    Hi.
We'll be needing a bit more info on your burner, firmware, media used etc in order to be able to help you...

nevermind, the problem went away when i restarted my computer...thanks for the reply though.... i do have another question perhaps you could answer

how do i go about burning AVI's to a DVD disc so it will play as a DVD in my DVD player

do i have to convert the AVI file to something else?

also when i burn a bin/cue file, do i HAVE to burn it to a dvd? or will it work with my dvd player if i use CDR?

    thanks

    Hi

No, just use Nero Vision Express. Load the AVI's, make your menu(optional), go for a cigarette (it does take a fair bit.) Then pick up the burnt DVD. Easy as that!

If you can fit it into a cd then why not? Make yourself an Svcd...

Svcd and DVD are both mpeg2. I don't see a reason why you should buy another player...

But if you have to change it, make sure it's 'el cheapo'.
I have a cheap Phillips that only cost me £32 down tescos. Reads everything i throw in there, even data.
