but when i restart the computer 2nd time i got the message again, so i went back to msconfig, and noticed that all files i disabled are still disabled, but there are the same ones but enabled (like copies of that i disabled), and when i try to disable em too i got the same error , cause somehow they got checked (enabled), this drives me crazy!
can anybody help with that crazy thing

You may have spywares in you pc. Try to use Spybolt R&D to clean them up.

ad-ware, kaspersky are not good enough. Why dont you try spybolt before reinstall the windows. It wont hurt. Remember run spybolt in safemode.
