Can I shrink an ISO file?

    I made a backup of Into the Blue and didn't realize I made an ISO file with DVD Dycriptor. Now I need to burn a copy and the ISO file is 7.8GB

    Can I shink this to fit on a DVD-R????

    DVDShrink will open .Iso Run shrink go to file then open image file.
