Problem with Nero - Burn Process Failed

I actually saw that line when I studied the log and thought that might be a problem, but truthfully, I didn't know what ASPI was until I researched it.

So, I have downloaded it, but I cannot get it to install. I've run install.bat XP32, but nothing happens. Any help with that?
