Hi I am hoping someone can help me, more opinions the better. I can't burn any DVD's or even make music CD's anymore. I have tried reinstalling my player along with reinstalling Nero software. Please remove your serial#, it is at the top of your log and begins with 1A20. Update your firmware as a last resort, a bad flash can render your drive useless. Change your DMA settings first and if that doesn't fix the problem let us know and someone will walk you through it.
