Can anyone explain or point me in the direction of where to find information about AVI video and audio properties? I would like to find some introductory information on say the difference between 24 bit and 12 bit video sample size. Information on what 241kbps is and frame rate etc. The same goes for audio as well, like what is the bit rate 448kbs. For example which one is better 12 bit or 24 bit video sample size. When I left click on an avi in Winxp it brings up a summary window of the avi properties. I would like to understand what they mean in an introductory way. If anyone has a guide on this, or know of an introductory website please let me know. Thanks
