what sort of burner do you have (scsi, USB, interal) dma is shown as a question mark try to free up some ram or increase your ram you have very little left available
Also to add to what philraz said. There is a newer firmware for your burner here http://lgodd.lge.com/fwdrv/DVD-WRITER/GSA4163A106.exe Your nero is very old. Update it to newest version of 6 which is 6.6.1.4
