are you extracting or copying the iso image directly to your "ISO" folder(the "iso" folder is located on the Root directory...the one that pops up when you plug in your psp to your computer...should also have the "PSP" folder in it)....? good luck and let me know if you need anymore help ;)

i have a silly question i hope somecan answer.
with fastloader 0.7 do all the files need to be on the psp disk.
eg. the folder where you put the iso file.
if so then how do u acces it from the memory stick.
evenflows guide doesnt say how the file is put on the memory stick, it says it goes in the iso file which is on the psp system?
sorry for my ignorance but i havent had it a day yet and im trying to figure it out
thanks

hello and welcome to the site...you were asking how it accesses the iso image file..once you have put the "Fastloader" and "Fastloader%" folders in the PSP\GAME directory...then put the iso image file(the iso of the game) in the "ISO" folder on the Root Directory(the first window that pops up when you plug your psp into your computer)...that window that popped up is pretty much what is on your memory card, when you formatted the memory card for you psp it made up the "PSP" folder and all of the original directories\folders(ALL of those folders are on your memory card)...the "fastloader" and "fastloader%" folders in the PSP\GAME folder locate the ISO image file that is in the ISO folder and load it accordingly...you still have to have a big enough memory card for the iso image(game) to fit onto the memory card(i.e. the ISO folder)...
@soulfly...glad you got it sorted out
holla, ;)

Hi evnflow
I read all the postings a few times, and I still cant play the iso game on my psp. I have Egolf, and fastloader 1.50
After I extracted Egolf.iso. Can I place that file directly the H:\Iso map? (H is my MS). Or do I have to extract the Egolf.iso first? After extracting Egolf.iso I get these 2files: PSP_GAME (map) and UMD_DATA_BIN (file) Are these useless after I extract the Egolf.iso?
Thanks for your help

first off hello and welcome to the site...second off you have firmware version 1.50, right?(the firmware of your psp), third you have downloaded Fastloader?(i still prefer Fastloader V0.5d, you can download it from my the link in my sig or you can google it)....third if you have all of these, then leave the game in ISO form...and put it into the ISO folder that is on your PSP Directory(the first one that pops up when you plug your psp into your computer)...when you put FastLoader on your psp you should have the "Fastloader" and "Fastloader%" folders in you PSP\GAME directory and you should have placed the "ISO" folder onto your PSP directory...side note: when you extract the game down to the "PSP_GAME" and "UMD_DATA.BIN" file, you usually are going to use a loader designed exactly for that game or to rebuild it...good luck and let me know if you need anymore help in this matter or anything else...good luck, holla ;)
@sam151276..thanks for letting us know you got it working...good luck with everything, ;)

Thanks evnflow for your help. It's hard to find a helping hand on the net to ask questions about this. Finally I can play iso games on my PSP. But how can I place a picture on the background? The picture files are all .PNB files, can I open the picture file and save it as a .BMP file? (24-bit)

Hi!
I have a problem: I'm going to a field trip with my class next week. I tried to put nfsur on my psp, and run it with fastloader 7, I dunno if it's the newest, or if they came out with a newer... I putted a umd (metalgearacid and death jr.) and it didn't work with either of them. with mga it turned the game on (mga) and with death jr. it just turned off. I unpacked the rar files into the ISO file, i dunno if it's correct or not.
PLS help!

for psp backgrounds checkout this link: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/216018
@brian_jai...yeah you can save it as a .BMP file and use it..just check out the link above to make sure you are within the specs for the pic and everything...
@pspfreek.. do you mean you put the iso in the "ISO" folder? and placed the "ISO" folder on your ROOT directory(first window that pops up when plug the psp into the comp), and put the "fastloader" and "fastloader%" in the PSP\GAME directory, right? also Death Jr. will not load...for right now anyways...metal gear will work...good luck, holla ;)

@drakon3rd...hello and welcome...on those files you have you can check them by right clicking on them and selecting "properties", this will tell you what type of file it is...if it is an ISO file then you are going to need to put it in the "ISO" folder that you got with fastloader...make sure you placed this folder on your Root Directory(first window that pops up when plugging in your psp)..and have the other two remaining folders, "fastloader" and "fastloader%" in the PSP\GAME directory(to get to this directory- double click on the PSP folder then double click on the GAME folder...)if you have any trouble finding fastloader...hate to do this again but you can get it from the link in my sig or google it...when downloading Fastloader, you should have gotten 3 folders: "ISO", "Fastloader", and "Fastloader%"...easiest way to work with this is to extract all of those folders to your desktop and place them in their designated spots...also write back and let me know what type of file you have if it isn't an iso file..from the sound of it, it sounds like it is an ISO file or a save file...check back around lunch tomorrow...good luck, holla ;)

@pspfreek...sorry to have you do this man...but tell me EXACTLY where you have the "ISO" folder(with the iso image file in it), the Fastloader and Fastloader% folders, thanks...plus when you go to the memory icon and click on the smiley face..it is going to the psp white screen that fades out to the fastloader screen and and says "remove UMD"...you are removing the umd and the window should show the ISO's name(i.e. MVP.iso), and then clicking x, and it should say "Please Insert any Umd"..then once you put the umd in it should say "Initializing" and begin the iso that is in the folder...good luck and let me know about everything...
@evilchan..i have to go right now but i will be back with some info for you sorry...in a hurry... ;)

Im not sure, but I heard that Virtua Tennis only runs on an 2.0 firmware. My brother works at a games/pc etc shop, and he tried to play a Virtua Tennis on his 1.5 and his colleagues said that.
Dont know IF it is possible to run this game on an older psp version than the 2.0
Maybe evnflow knows an answer
