hey, i jsut installed irshell and it works great got a hold of my dads sony tv and made him sh*t a brick haha, but the problem im haveing is there is only one config file for sanyo tvs and its for a projection, i have a sanyo regular tv and i cannot find any codes for it, how do i make my own, or where can i get extra codes that arent in the prontopac13, if someone could help i would appreciate it, thanks in advance john-e-i

hey guys.. i downloaded the files and did everything u said too but when i go to load it on the psp.. it says the file is corrupt.. and ive removed and and done it again and still said that!!! what do i do

If you are using Dark Alex's custom frrmware, move irshell150 and irshell150% folders from PSP/GAME to PSP/GAME150.

what is dark alex's custom firmwire.. i jus have a regular psp... just have movies and music on it .. i dont have any of these programs// but wheni put in irshell it said the file is corrupt on the psp

got some problems with this
1.) how does the boot screen work in the config it says start up splash i press PMF Movie and it does select which one
2.) with ir remote i got a Mitsubishi television i choose discrete codes/Mitsubishi/television and press a few buttons the channels so on and nothing works :( and the same with sky i live in the U.K. so does that effect anything???

1) to be honest i havent touched on the boot screens pmfs etc
2) i live in UK too and the sky codes have never worked which is a major dissapointment :( ive tried everyting for sky :(

every code availiable (well most of them) are in the pronto hex codes, or di du knw that and wana show off ur big ass TV lol. just kidding haha

lol but really i can find a simple phillps brand not the ones with the FD294 or air conditioning cuz that doesn't have a my model on! just a plain one and the "brand" that would probably work

ok, i have irshell installed on my 3.03OE-B PSP and have a phillips TV.
i downloaded the file on page 1 containing all the codes but the Philips folder contains 77 files!
can someone please tell me what one to transfer?
thanks
(all i want to do is change channels and volume etc, nothing fancy like DVD)

Hi i finally got the irshell installed lol, so i was goign through the remote options and i have a SANYO tv and it says projector and it doesnt seem to work for my tv. I tried the ps2 remote one that does work, so i guess it works i jsut need to find the right .rdf file for it. anyone know a place?
Also im having some major troubles with this. lol ok here i am on 3.03 OE-C and im using IrSHell 3.01 installed for 1.5 version. so i finally got it to connect to my PC via wifi i can view folders on my pc but i can not stream them or play my iso via wifi, or stream my music. also when i try to play music and laod a game it just cancles the song and take me streight to the XMB screen. I also tried conectign to pc via USB in IrSHell i finally got the driver installed took about 36pages of reading in a different formum be4 i finally came across some1 who had same problem and they had a link for it. but it still says unable to connect to host when trying to connect to pc with USB. so please can anyone help me i would like to use this app. It seems promisign lol. (first tiem ever ahving it). oh and if you could help better via MSN jsut PM me ill respond asap.

ok first of all if you dont have the actual dvd remote for the ps2 then it wont work because u need the adapter that allows pick up of the signal, the next think the pc usb, again if you dont have the adapter on the pc side which can pick up infared then it wont work, and for the sanyo tv, i had the same problem and i couldnt find sanyo anywhere, there is a pronto pack its called, you can google it or search this site for where to download it, it had more sanyo tvs but still none that worked, also if you search this site there is a guide on how to make rdf files for irshell,
i hope this helped and if i can answer nemore questions u have i will

:) No i think you mis understand, I CAN get the PS2 remote to work, but thats not really my problem, I cant get IrShell to work such as streaming files and stuff like thta to my PSP. Yes i have teh USBhost installed on my pc but it says cant connect to host. but i can connect to my pc through wifi you know wireless router. but once i get there. I cant stream movies or iso, or music, i have current firmware 3.03 OE-C. does anyone else have this problem? does irShell even work correctly on this firmware?

I put all the right files in all the right folders, but when i go to launch the program i get an error message. "the game could not be started. (80020148)" I am runnig Version 2.81 Please Help

If you are running 2.81 yo need to downgrade to 1.50 then back up to 3.03 OE-C. But im not sure if there is a downgrader fr 2.81 but i do know if you upgrade to 3.03 you can downgrade to 1.50 BUT you need a copy of GTA:LCS UNPATCHED. to do it.

Unfortunantely I haven't found a button or option for that, and the only thing you can do is use a quick key to change to the next song, which doesn't actually seem to function properly for the most part.
Anyhow though, throughout this article I kept seeing people asking about using this with versions like 2.71, 2.82, or 3.01. Those will not work, but there are now however newer special firmware patches by Dark_Alex that allow for both the latest firmware use as well as total 1.50 homebrew usage, and you know what the best part about it is? TA-082 boards can use it hehe..
If you want to use iRshell with the newest firmware, you can go here for a quick tutorial: http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstat...10436&jump=true
Note: I noticed the guy who made this tutorial at times said to put your homebrew applications into your GAME150 folder. For some this is not true since if you never had a GAME150 folder to begin with, you would just be relying on your normal GAME folder instead. Also don't forget to set your Game folder homebrew under Recovery mode (Hold down R after resetting and turning back on your psp with the power switch) in Configuration to (currently 1.50 kernel) for iRShell to work. Keep in mind that this can only be done once 3.10 OE-A has been installed.
