if its done correctly you should have approx 135-140 channels depending on your cable provider, try repeating the scan a few times and see how you get on..

Sorry Tracy that was meant for des61. To be honest i think you were sold two dodgy boxes i'd get straight on to whoever you got them from and demand they sort you out, i've never come across that before..

Hey guys, i've updated my Starview box with the new codes and it's working fine. I'm having a problem with the eurovox 2006 box though. I'm aware that they're supposed to auto-update, but nothing seems to be changing. I still have a random few channels working correctly. I was just curious as to whether or not the codes can be inputed manually or not?

Oh yeah, i'm using n*l and i'm in dublin.

appreciate the help!

****EDIT: Found it afterall, slapped in the codes and it works a treat. cheers.

if you just press tv you can see your list of channels, there is an option to press the red button for a to z order, do you know you can go in to menu, channels, set favourites and arrange all your channels by type there is a sports favs. a news favs. etc.

Yes it does work on normal ariel and you will get 4 basic channels. Better to plug ariel st8 into Tv then eurovox.

Hi mate you need to do AUTO SCAN not powerscan also you will need frequencies for the channels which wont come up after auto scan. Tell us who you cable provider is and what channels you are not getting. i will then tell you how to sort it out.

Ok mate here are the frequencies you need.

675000
795000
818250
811000

To add frequencies go to MENU
Go to Installation
User Installation
Enter PIN (0000)
now Press Corresponding colour button for CH EDIT
Now Press corresponding Coulour Button for ADD
Then Add the above detail into box which says frequency
ONE BY ONE
Symbol Rate will be 6887
After adding freq and symbol rate press OK to save
do that for all frequencies
Once finished
Do AUTO SCAN Again and you should get all the channels.

Let me know the outcome.
