   HaVE USED DVD shrink fo two years, now it takes 3 to 4 hours to rip and 2 hours to burn any help???

   Normally if it is taking an excessive amount of time to rip/burn, your drives are in PIO mode. Check out Alkohol's guide to check if DMA settings are enabled.
