   I have a 40g Photo ipod and yesterday my click wheel wouldnt move anything on my screen. Then today my ipod is frozen and stuck on hold so I cant reset it. What should I do? Thanks

   Reset it by GHolding Menu and The center button for about 12 seconds!

   Well, if you are unable to soft reset it, restore it by opening the latest apple updater, connecting your iPod to your PC & Clicking 'Restore'.
