hi 1st off, see at the top of the page, where the serial starts with [bold]1A20-[/bold] remove your serial, thats not for every ones use just yours you dont have enough free memory, close some applications done, stop surfing the net while trying to burn ,turn off your virus protection or increase your ram to 1024 have you tried a later version or earlier version

I updated the firmware to BWSE, restarted the computer, closed down unnecessary applications and virus software, and tried burning again. Go into options / expert features and take the check mark out of the box next to where it says to generate short leadout.
Verbatim media made everything better. Thanks for the advice. I'll consider adding more RAM to speed things up.
the speed up will be marginal , you may cut 5 or 10 minutes off the encode and burn but it will allow you to do more than just burn as there is sufficient resources allocated to your project, so maybe you can surf as well.I do!!!
